This page explains how to read an Appadvizr listing and how to install apps safely.
Reading a listing
Ratings, install counts, and version strings are taken from the official store record at the time of publication and can change. The Pro and Con sections are editorial judgement, written to surface trade-offs — permissions, battery cost, accuracy limits — that store descriptions rarely mention.
Installing safely
Install only from the official store for your platform. Review the permissions an app requests and decline anything unrelated to its purpose. Keep automatic updates enabled — most security fixes arrive that way. Uninstall apps you no longer use; dormant apps still hold data and permissions.
Reporting a problem
If a listing is inaccurate, out of date, or points to the wrong store record, tell us via the Contact page and we will review it. Corrections to factual errors are made as a priority.
